Shelf-life guarantee
Every product is delivered with at least 30% of its shelf life remaining, or at least 45 days before its expiry date, as required by FSSAI for food sold online. The best-before date and batch number are printed on every pack.
Honest labels
Ingredients, nutrition, allergen and storage information on our website and app is copied from the printed pack label. Nutrition figures are shown only where we have a lab report for that product. We do not make medical claims: our products are food, not medicine. If anything online differs from your pack, please tell us and we will correct it.
Packing and delivery
- Every product is sealed and packed in food-grade packaging at our unit.
- Parcels contain only our food products, so food never travels packed with non-food items.
- Parcels are delivered by courier partners. If a parcel arrives damaged or tampered with, don't accept it — or contact us within 48 hours with photos and we will replace or refund it.
Quality complaints

- We acknowledge it within 48 hours and check the batch.
- We resolve it within 7 working days — replacement or refund.
- If a batch is found unsafe, we stop selling it, tell affected customers, refund them and inform FSSAI where required.
